Position your hands on a table or chair

Keep your legs width apart and make a 90 degrees bend

Lower your glutes to the floor while maintaining your back straight

Hold the stretch for a few seconds and get back to your starting position. At this point, relax your triceps while still placing your hands on the chair.

Rope Calf Stretch
Do you know the hamstrings and calves are areas of your body that store more tension? It prevents you from having a flexible and enjoyable sex life. To perform this stretch, lie on your back and wrap your rope in the middle of your foot. Extend your leg and pull your rope gently with your hands.
Use this position up to the moment you find a good stretch for

your body. Sink into the position for approximately 20-30 seconds. When satisfied with one side, you can give the other leg stretch. This stretch benefits your neck, glutes, and back.
